From time as a young boy I first red "The adventures of  Huckleberry Fin"  This was the adventure I always wanted to take. Traveling by river boat was a lot more luxury than by raft as we steamed from Memphis to New Orelans aboard the Mississippi Queen.  We had the time of our lives and looked in to life on the Mississippi and the many burgs along her banks as we tripped along with the flow of the big river.
