On June 16th, 2005 the Executive Board Committee met at the AFSCME Office in The Carpenters Building in Orange County. Later that day, the new Service WorkersContract was discussed in a learning workshop at an adjacent assembly hall across the parking lot. During the SX (Service) Contract workshop there was an earthquake.
