Lake Minnetonka District has a long and proud tradition of providing its Scouts with an outstanding program. This is a reflection of our volunteers and leaders who go that extra mile to make Scouting what it is in our District. On March 29, 2008, certain adult volunteers were recognized for their outstanding service and commitment to the Scouts and Scouters of Lake Minnetonka District. Each recipient was presented with an award, such as the Outstanding Scouter Award, the District Award of Merit, or a Special Recognition Award. The Lake Minnetonka District Silver Beaver recipient for 2007 was also recognized.
