I've read the book Tragedy in Paradise written by Dr C. Weldon. Your pictures were taken during the time of the book's story, and they perfectly strenghten the sensibility and the strong feelings given by the book.It was tough times i think, but what you've lived over there at this very time is unique. I really admire people who engaged their lives to defend others' at this time in this precise place of the world...During my time in Laos, i wish i could have come before the takeover. Now that i know more about the minorities and most important, now that i met them, my life is dedicated to them, not only Hmong but also Akha, all of those who are living on the ridges. I've got local-scale project going on but i keep looking for better help i could give them. it's really hard being dedicated for one cause, my heart never rests... May i ask you to contact me? i would love to talk with you about the ethnics of Laos.

Paul- I have a project in which I would like to use some of your pictures. Please contact me. thanks!
Hi Paul. I got your link from a thread on our website at Hmong Village. Our mission is to help, share and preserve the Hmong people and their culture. This includes the Hmong experience, as well. What you are doing here aligns very well with our mission. Also, I was wondering if you need more space? We are in the process of putting up a photo gallery in this regard as well as personal and group photo galleries. Let me know if you're interested. Our webspace and bandwidth is unlimited for projects like this. Keep up the good works.
Hey, can I get some cool green?
I am glad that you have captured such images of the Hmong people during such turbulent times of our history. I would like to know if you will allown the Hmong Student Association of UCR to use some of these photographs solely for educational purposes. All credits will be given to you for each photograph used. Thank you.

Hello,
I am writing to you in regards to sharing Hmong images from your web site, or any other resources you might have.
Quorum Architects is responsible for research and design for a new Hmong Cultural/Community Center in Wisconsin. We are in the process of designing a booklet to depict our process of gathering information, meeting with Hmong communities and further design studies. We are wondering if you would be willing to share any of your Hmong images for our presentation to the state and Governor?
Our deadline for this project is very soon, if you wouldn't mind getting back to me ASAP with your approval/disapproval, it is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
