If you would like to change the name of an existing album, modify the
description of the album, or change the security settings, you will need to
follow these steps.
Step One - Open the Album You Wish to Modify

When you have logged into Pixagogo, the screen above will appear, listing your
available albums. Select Layout for the Album you wish to change. For our
example, we will use Album One.
You will now see the following screen:

Click on the tab marked Settings at the top right of your screen.
This will open the following page:

In the General Settings, you will see the name of your Album and the
description. You can type in your next text, or change the existing text here.
If this is all you needed to do, click on Apply Settings at the top left of
your screen. If you wish to modify your settings further, please continue.
Changing Layout and Sharing Settings
Below the Album Name and Description, you will see the following:

Modifying Layout Settings
If you wish to modify your layout settings, you can do so by changing the
amount of columns of your album, choosing to show photo titles, adding or
removing shadows behind your pictures, changing photo frames, the background of
your album and the font and background colors.
It can be fun to experiment here until you get your album exactly the way you
would like it.
Changing Column Width
The default setting is 4 x 200 pixels wide. You can modify this by inputting
your own figures into the available boxes.
Using Autofit Photos to Column Width
If you would prefer not to use autofit, simply uncheck this box.
Using Blur/Sharpen
If you would like to change your photos, to blur them or make them crisper, use
the pull down menu here to change your settings.
Showing Photo Titles and Shadow Behind Pictures
If you wish to show photo titles, please check the box next to Photo Titles
If you wish to remove Shadow Behind Pictures, simply uncheck this box.
Changing Font Color
To change the font color of the text in your album, click on the button marked
Font Color. This will open a small box that will allow you to select your new
font color.
Changing Background Color
To change the background color of your album, click on the button marked
Background Color. This will open a small box that will allow you to select the
new background color for your album.
Changing the Background Image
If you wish to add or change the background image for your album, click on the
button marked, Background. This will open a window where you can select from a
number of different backgrounds. Just click on the image you would like and you
will then be taken back to the Album Settings Window. The new background will
apply when you click on Apply Settings.
Adding or Changing Photo Frames
If you wish to add or change the frames around your album photos, click on the
button marked Photo Frames. This will open a window with a variety of different
options for framing your photos. Click on the one you prefer and you will be
taken back to your Album Settings Window. The new frame will be applied when
you click on Apply Settings.
Changing Your Logo
You can change the logo on your album by clicking on the button marked Logo. A
window will open that will show you a myriad of different
Pixagogo logos. You can select the one that coordinates
best with your album. You will then be taken back to your Album Settings
Window.
Finishing Layout Settings
If this is all you plan to modify on your album, please click on the Apply
Settings button either at the top or bottom of your Album Settings window. You
must click this button for your new changes to take affect.
Modifying Your Album Sharing Settings
Below the Layout Settings options you will find the following:

This will allow you to change the settings for sharing your album.
If you want to make your album available to the public, you can select the
radio button next to A Candidate for the Public Gallery. You will then need to
choose the category that best suits your album.
If you wish to keep your album from being shared, unclick the radio button next
to Shared.
If you need to password protect your album, please click the radio button next
to Protected by a password. You will then need to supply a password in the
available box.
If you wish to make your gallery private, please click on the radio button next
to Private.
Once you have made your selection, if this is all you planned to modify for
your album, please click on Apply Settings at the top or bottom of your screen.
Your changes will not take affect until you click on this button.
Extra Settings
After the Album Sharing Settings, you will see the following screen:

Here you will be able to modify the extra settings for your album.
If you wish to display your album in your gallery, check the box next to
Display in My Gallery. The url or web address for your gallery will be listed
to the right of this option.
If you would like to disable your guestbook, please check the box next to
Disable Guestbook.
If you wish to restrict copying of your album and print ordering, check the box
next to Disable Copying and Print Ordering
If you would like to disable large views and slideshows, please check the box
next to Disable Large Views and Slideshows
If you would like copyright information to appear on your photos, please enter
the information you would like to display in the box provided.
When you are finished, click on Apply Settings. Your changes will not take
affect until you click this button.
