Your subscription allows you to store your photos and share your albums online. In addition Pixagogo offers user friendly album editing, layout and customization tools. Finally, your subscription includes UNLIMITED STORAGE AND ACCESS. This allows you to share all your high resolution photos with your friends and family all over the globe.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to the 'Account' page and visit the 'Subscription' section. Simply click the 'unsubscribe here' link to cancel your subscription, or send an e-mail to foto.support@staff.telenet.be.

• What happens with my files if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel prior to the end of the billing cycle, the subscription will still be valid and your photos will remain available for your use until the actual end of your subscription. Please backup your photos before the expiration of your subscription because after that day your photos will no longer be available.

• How do I renew my subscription?

Your Pixagogo subscription is renewed automatically on the anniversary of the billing cycle of your subscription. We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans.

If you cancel your subscription, it will not be renewed automatically. If you cancel prior to the end of the billing cycle, your subscription will remain valid until the end of the subscription period.

For you, opening a PayPal account and sending money is free. Paypal charges Pixagogo a fee for receiving payments.

• What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, please click 'I forgot my password' on the Pixagogo home page where you login. Fill in your username and click 'request password'. We will send an e-mail to the e-mail address we have on record for you. Please click on the link in the e-mail message and enter a new password.

• Where can I find statistics on my albums?

Go to the 'Accounts' page and click the 'Stats' section. You will find an overview of all your albums, including the number and total size of photos as well as the number of album views.
